5. PROCESSORS. DATA RECIPIENTS

In this case, the Company ensures that the data processors comply with the obligations of confidentiality and adequate personal data protection.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

This Privacy Policy may be updated by the Company from time to time. The Company will inform you about the updates by submitting a new version of the Privacy Policy along with the last date of updates.

If any provision of the Privacy Policy is deemed void or inapplicable, such provision shall not affect the legality and validity of the remaining provisions of the Privacy Policy.
